Thanks so much for registering for our 2018 Winter Arts Integration and STEAM Online Conference! Our whole team here at EducationCloset is excited that you’ll be participating in this event starting on February 3rd, 2018 from 10AM-4PM ET.

This is your official confirmation that you are in!  You’ve locked in your pass for a great day of learning and sharing.

Here are some important reminders to ensure a smooth day this winter:

CONFERENCE DETAILS

Starting on February 3, 2018 at 10AM ET you’ll have access to 20+ conference sessions, materials, and ideas in both our live-day event and in the on-demand site! Everything is included with your registration, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy meaningful professional development.

There will be plenty of giveaways, bonus materials, and freebies headed your way (hello new gadgets and supplies!). We can’t wait to shower you with the gifts you deserve for all your hard work.

We’ll also be sharing updates with you about conference sessions, giveaways and prizes, our digital TinkerKits and our next round of Donors Choose grants. So we want you to make sure that our emails are getting through to you.

It’s extremely important that you whitelist our emails since this is how you will receive login details to the conference site!

Please take the following simple actions to make sure nothing slips through the cracks:

1) Take less than 1 minute and follow these instructions for whitelisting our emails.

2) If you are a Gmail user or you use any other web-based email that filters broadcasts away from your main inbox, be sure to “drag” any emails from EducationCloset or Susan Riley into your Priority Inbox. (You don’t want to miss something.)

3) Create a special “EducationCloset” folder where you can archive emails from EducationCloset AFTER you have read them. Just move them manually to the folder after you’ve read the email so you have it handy.
